He has served as Assistant Dean of the School of Economics and Law of Nanjing Normal University, Associate Dean of the School of Economics and Law of Nanjing Normal University, Associate Dean of the Law School of Nanjing Normal University, Director of the Academic Affairs Department of Nanjing Normal University, Standing Committee Member of the Nanjing Normal University Party Committee, Vice President, and Party Committee of Yangzhou University. Secretary, secretary of the municipal party committee of Zhenjiang City, is currently the party secretary and dean of the Jiangsu Provincial Academy of Social Sciences.
