Personal profile:Zhang Qing,Ph.D.,professor of Yangzhou University Law School,doctoral tutor,postdoctoral coordinator,senior visiting scholar of DEAKIN University Law School,Australia.He successively served as deputy director and director of the Academic Affairs Office of Yangzhou University,and executive deputy dean of the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.He is currently the dean of Guangling College of Yangzhou University.
